/ SHIPPING POLICY
We take special care with all our online deliveries, if you have a made to order product, please note it takes 2 weeks to be made prior to shipping.
We will notify you by the way of e-mail when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay if there is one. For UK deliveries we send out using either a 24 Tracked or 48 Tracked service depending on what you have request or a 1st or 2nd Class Post. These have delivery aims of next working day/ 2 working days but please note are not considered lost until 14 working days have passed.
We say no news is good news so, if we receive no communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and with no problems.
We recommend you select a signed for service for your items, due to the value of them. If you choose not to we cannot provide you with anything other than proof of postage.
Decorations come in beautiful gift boxes, perfect for gifting or storage, each order is packaged in one box.
International Orders, Kate Gwilliam uses a premium service for all international deliveries through Royal Mail. We ask you allow for at least 7 working days for delivery.
Orders placed from outside the UK may be subject to taxes and duty on arrival at the destination country, including EU countries. The price quoted on our site does not include these charges. Kate Gwilliam does not control import duty charges nor are we liable to pay any of these charges. Please check if these apply before ordering.
If this concerns you further you can look in to ordering via Etsy which for lots of countries the fees are sorted out by the platform.

/COVID UPDATE
Covid-19 has meant that many businesses have been struggling, as have many individuals. It is so gratefully appreciated that you have stopped by to have a look around. Now that for the most part the UK's retail section is back in action the fact you will still choose to shop small and support the makers & creators at this time is amazing. Shopping and investing in small business leads to a much more exciting, diverse and wonderful world that we are happy to be a part of.
A general update
We are still posting once a week, this gives us time to make sure everything is just right with your order and limited contact outside our home studio. Please note all orders are shipped by Royal Mail, some delays are to be expected still in their supply chain and beyond globally.
